Orders are shipped Nationally and Internationally using a range of carriers.
The exact shipping costs are calculated and added to final payment on your invoice.
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days and shipping times are estimated between 1-7 business days for Domestic orders and between 10-14 business days for International orders. Note with some courier services a signature may required upon delivery.
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email from Bonne Mere including your tracking number.
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
The delivery may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt and shipping times maybe affected by Customs and any processing delays.
The purchaser/receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
Please note there is no insurance on any item ordered through the Bonne Mère website. Once the order has been dispatched we can not be held liable for any loss or damages.Refunds & Returns Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. All Returns and Exchanges must be made within 7-14 days of purchase and they must be pre-authorised by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only.
Please note Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any new shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged, faulty claims or incorrect items shipped must be claimed within 7 business days of purchase.

We do not accept refunds or returns on Sales items
All International orders (outside of Australia) and discounted or sale items are final sale (no return, no exchange, no store credit)
