Welcome to Bonne Mere Limited Wholesale

SECTION 1 - ORDER MINIMUM

Our Wholesale minimum order quantity for the initial order is $650AUD. 

SECTION 2 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship local shipping within Australia via Australia Post or local courier service. Alternatively we can arrange delivery with your nominated delivery service or free on your own courier account. 

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship international orders via Hong Kong Post or SF Express courier service. Alternatively we can arrange delivery with your nominated delivery service or free on your own courier account. 

The customer is responsible for all associated taxes, duties, and fees at customs. Please note we cant assume responsibility for any damages that may occur during International transit

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT TERMS & METHODS 

All orders require payment in full prior to or on delivery. We accept payment via Telegraphic transfer or Credit card via our website. *Note the credit card option incurs a 4.5% surcharge which we pass on from the payment provider.

SECTION 5 - ORDERING

Please place orders directly to sales@bonnemere.com and a service manager will respond within 24 hours 

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY TURNAROUND

Upon receipt of the order and payment we strive to deliver within 2 working days 

SECTION 7 - RETURNS

We accept authorised returns due to manufacturing defects, damages or shipping errors within 10 business days of receipt of the goods for replacement or credit to your account. We will cover shipping in these cases.

SECTION 8 - LATE PAYMENT PENALTY

With respect to the unpaid amount of any invoice not paid in full upon delivery of the goods, a finance charge of 1.5% per month, payable from the date of the invoice to the date payment is received, shall be added to the invoice and payable to Bonne Mere Limited.
